Around Cochabamba: citytour, Inca ruins of Incallajta; native markets, ceramic & textil workshops in colonial towns like Totora, Punata, Cliza, Tarata, Villa Rivero and Huayculi. Around Oruro: Poopó Lake Nat. Park. Around Uyuni: Salt Lake, Pescado island, Tunupa volcano, Pulacayo mine. Around Potosí: citytour, Hacienda Cayara, thermal hot springs Eye of the Inca, silver mines of Cerro Rico. Around Sucre: citytour, La Glorieta palace, dinosaurs prints in Cal’orko, indigenous markets and rural landscapes in Tarabuco (Sunday), Zudañez, Villa Serrano. This tour includes: Guide and coordinator, local guides, air conditioned 4WD pick-up, all nights in hostel, lodge and hotels mentioned, every breakfast, lunch and dinner mentioned, all entrance fees, snacks and plenty of food when picnic or camping, bottled water, camping and picnic equipment (tent, cooking gear, sleeping bag & isolation pad, etc.). Also includes field books, maps and some professional birdwatching gear.
This tour DOES NOT includes: sodas and alcoholic drinks, cigarettes and candies, tips, phone or internet communication, laundry service, breakfast the first day; neither dinner nor hotel the last night.
NOTES: We accept payment in Bs, Є and US$ as well as Travellers Cheques & Credit Cards (ask). Please note in Samaipata you can only change US$/Bs in the Exchange Bureau. Also available an ATM facility from Mon to Fri, please bring national currency for extras. Notify us if you like to add one day per week to this program in rainy season, just in case one day we cannot leave, or to review the most interesting place, or to relax the pace a little.
